Aerial Advertising, the Most Powerful Media on the Planet!

What is the one thing that advertising does?

Advertising builds Brand recognition in one form or another. And with the traditional forms of advertising media (television, radio, internet and newspapers) the only way to get your Brand out to the masses is to dump a big pile of money. Well, those days are over! With the use of Aerial Advertising, a Brand can be built in a very short period of time without spending a fortune doing it. This is all possible because Aerial Advertising cannot be turned off, filtered out or thrown away. It is a media that demands your attention and the message gets remembered because of this commanding delivery method.

In the past, nobody really knew how many times an ad was viewed when it was delivered with Aerial Advertising. There were guesses as to how many times it was viewed by judging how many people were outside at the beach or at outdoor events. Today, Aerial Billboard Corporation has developed a formula that can closely predict the number of Advertising Impressions a single Aerial route can deliver. This formula has been developed over many years by conducting market research and fine tuning the formula to reflect what actually happens. This formula now takes into consideration the local City and County Traffic counts, the national average mobile Population Per Capita, local traffic patterns and local tourist attractions attendance amounts.

With this formula, Aerial Billboard Corporation has proven that Aerial Advertising is the most powerful media on the planet and is the most cost effective and efficient form of advertisement delivery know to man.

In the Orlando Florida Market, a single Two (2) hour Aerial Route will cover Downtown Orlando, SeaWorld, Universal Studios and the Walt Disney World theme parks and resorts. This route will also cover the Mall at Millenia, International Drive and the other attractions in and around town. This single route will deliver 10's of Millions of Advertising Impressions in a short period of time.

Because Central Florida accommodates 42 Million annual visitors from all parts of the world, this particular market is an International market. As the market research has proven, a single route in Orlando has National and International reach. Combined with the power of Brand recognition, Aerial Advertising has a power that no other media can touch.

As our society is increasingly going mobile, this form of Advertising will only get more powerful. Because, market research has shown that up to 30 minutes after an ad was delivered: 88% of the people can recall that there was an ad, 76% of the people can recall half of the ad and a whopping 67% of the people can recall the ad word for word. Now that is some serious Brand Recognition. And, as more and more people are using internet enabled mobile devices, there will be more and more people using these devices to check out the products they see in advertisements during their daily travels.

When is the best time to get somebody’s attention?

As they are sitting in traffic on a jammed highway, relaxing at a local hotel or beach, outside waiting for an event to start or just out and about running their everyday errands. And Aerial Advertising is just the form of advertising that can do just that; get people’s attention and make them remember your advertisement.

How much is this going to cost?

With the advent of this new formula, we are now able to provide the cost effectiveness that all other advertising want to have. We are opening the Orlando Market with a price of $0.025 CPM. That is Two and a Half cents per Thousand Advertising Impressions. And with a single flight getting 10's of Millions of Advertising Impressions, you can see just how cost effective this form of advertising is. This formula can be implemented in any market around the world. As every market has varying amounts of residents, visitors and traffic patterns, the cost and exposure for each market will vary greatly. With markets that have 10 or 20 times more population then Orlando, the exposure can be in the 100’s of Millions per single flight and a price of fractions of a cent per Thousand Advertising Impressions. This makes this form of advertising even that much more powerful.

What is the message delivered with?

The standard forms of message delivery for Aerial Advertising are: the Letter Banner and the Aerial Billboard. The letter banners are a string of letters and spaces put together to form words that deliver a short but concise message that can be changed on a per flight basis. The letters are either 5’, 7’ or 12’ tall. The size that is the easiest read is the 12’ tall letters; however, there is a limit of 32 characters (including spaces) for that size letter. The 5’ and 7’ tall letters can have up to 50 characters (including spaces); however, they are not as easily read from more than about 1 mile away. The 12’ tall letters can be easily read from 5 miles away. Aerial Billboards come in various sizes and shapes. The more common sizes are 15’ tall by 25’ long with 7’ tall letter banners trailing them. These are good for when you want to change your message but keep a corporate logo. These are called logo billboards with trailers and are very popular to advertise daily specials for restaurants. Also, there are larger Aerial Billboards that range from 25’ tall by 75’ long to 30’ tall by 100’ long. These are good for advertising longer running specials or specific products that you want to highlight. These larger billboards are more expensive to produce, but are easier to read from greater distances then the logo billboards.

What other forms of Aerial Advertising are there?

As technology has increased the reach of traditional advertising, so has technology enabled new and exciting forms of Aerial Advertising. One new technology is a light weight LED view screen that is 30’ tall by 70’ long and is strapped to the side of a traditional Lightship. A traditional lightship is a blimp that has its helium filled envelop painted with a company logo and/or slogan and backlit for nighttime viewing. The LED view screen adds a new element of moving coloring video images to a once static painted image. This new technology enables multiple advertisers to use the same Lightship without having to repaint the envelop with a new slogan or logo. Also, multiple advertisers can display their ad on a single flight of the LED view screen equipped Lightship. Another form of nighttime Aerial advertising is the Skysign. This Skysign is a series of lights strung together in a net fashion and hung under the wing of a small airplane or attached to a rig on a helicopter. This Skysign displays scrolling text messages and can deliver text ads from multiple advertisers in a single flight. Unlike the LED Lightship, the Skysign has a limited range from which the ad can be easily read. On the other hand, the LED Lightship has the greatest range from which an ad can be easily read. Its range is over 5 miles. Any further than that, the message on the LED view screen is unclear, but the painted logo is still easily read.

What Aerial Advertising brings to the Advertising industry, as a whole, is powerful Brand recognition, cost effective message delivery and very efficient advertising by building Brand recognition in a short period of time. With the advent of the formula to calculate the exposure of a given Aerial route, Aerial Billboard Corporation has enabled the ability to measure a previously unmeasured media. It also provides a means for Advertisers to be able to purchase Advertising Impressions as a whole, instead of having to rely on purchasing flight hours without knowing what exposure a given route will have. The purchasing of Advertising Impressions has a whole enables the seamless integration of Aerial Advertising into the overall advertising campaign of an Advertiser. Which provides a means of calculating the overall campaign Return of Investment. Thus, proving that Aerial Advertising is the most powerful form of Media on the Planet.
